Where roles show
Everyone can see the people on Team and the role of each person. To get there, select your name, then select Team.
Your own role shows with your name, and on Team in a line such as “You are a member here.”
Change or remove a person
Owners choose a role in the person's row on Team. The change saves when the owner chooses it.
Owners select Remove in a row to take a person off the team. That person loses access to every product, and what they wrote and approved keeps their name.
To add someone, see Add a person to your team.
