Move articles to a collection

Collections group articles on your help site. An article’s links and comments move with it; a published article’s page moves to a new address.

Move one article

Open it and select More › Move to another collection…. In Move, pick the Collection, or choose New collection and enter its name. Select Move.

Move several

1. At the top of an article, select its collection name. At the bottom of the list, select All 16 in a table, with your own count.
2. Select the box beside each article to move, then select Move….
3. In the dialog, pick the Collection, or choose New collection and enter its name. Select Move.
