Check your help center against your code
The checkup reads your code and your articles, then lists the parts of your app with no article and the articles that need a fix. Run it after you bring in a help center.
Before you start
- You brought in a help center. See Bring in your help center.
- Your code is linked. See Link your code.
1. Run the checkup
On Setup, under Later, when you want, select Check your help center. On Checkup, select Check. Docmunk reads the code, then sorts each article by kind and area.
2. Read the results
The tiles count the articles that look fine, the areas with no article, and what is left to find or fix. The findings below them come in groups, such as Areas with no article and Writing hints.
3. Act on each finding
- Fix: Docmunk writes a proposed edit. Select Fix in Changes to review it.
- Open: read the article.
- Leave alone: keep it as it is.
Under Areas with no article, select Plan them to draft the missing articles.
Approach, as read shows how Docmunk reads your help center’s shape, voice, and pictures. Select Keep it to write new articles the same way, or Change.
To check again later, select Check again.
