Review proposed edits
When the app changes, Docmunk proposes edits to affected articles, and a second reader checks each new draft. You decide on each edit. Nothing changes on your help site until you publish.
1. Open an article
On Changes, under To review, select Review beside an article. App changes appear as New feature, Updated feature, or Other updates, with Review beside each affected article.
2. Decide on each edit
The article opens with its proposed edits under Edits. Each one shows the words it takes out, the words it puts in, and why.
- Accept: the edit goes into the article.
- Reject: Docmunk asks “Why?”. Enter a rule for next time, choose Every article or This article, and select Save rule, or select Skip. A rule tells the Writer what to do in every later edit.
- Accept all and Reject all: decide every edit in the article at once.

On the keyboard, J goes to the next edit, A accepts, R rejects, and → opens the next article.
3. Send it to publish
When the panel says “Nothing left to suggest”, select Publish now, or Publish later to send it with the next publish or a release group.
New articles
An article Docmunk drafted has no edits to decide. For new articles, see Live changed underneath. Read it, answer any question the Writer left in the note at its top, and select Mark Ready to Publish.
One change in many articles
When a change renames something in many places, it opens as one set. Accept all decides every place at once. Turn on Answer each place to go one by one.
